Konrad Tomaszkiewicz has provided information regarding exclusive features and functionality for the Xbox One version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. While being interview by Eurogamer on Nov. 28, Tomaszkiewicz shared that the development team has plans to provide the Xbox One version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with exclusive features. As a result, CD Projekt RED is planning to two exclusive means of functionality for the Xbox One.
Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, game director, shared that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will support Kinect. However, at the current time, it is too early to share specifics about how the Xbox One camera will be used. Find Tomaszkiewicz full comment below:
"We've got Kinect support but it's too early to speak about it. We have some plans [for Kinect] but it's too early to talk about it."
Aside from Kinect, Tomaszkiewicz confirmed that there will be SmartGlass support in the Xbox One version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. A new trailer with game footage of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be released on Dec. 7 during Spike TV’s VGX award show.
The title will be released in 2014 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC
